PERBANDINGAN KINERJA PEGAWAI SEBELUM DAN SEMASA PANDEMI COVID-19 (Studi Kasus Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Yogyakarta)

Performance Employee can certainly be relied on by internal and external factors, factors such as the Covid-19 Pandemic affect resulting performance cause differences in work results. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a appraisal using clear measurable indicators which are used reference for appraisal, so that we know what needs changed from existing situation help improve employee future. 
 The purpose of this study was see if there were Department Transportation Yogyakarta before during pandemic whether results at better according Covid-19. This research method comparative with quantitative approach. sample 51 respondents. data primary obtained distribution questionnaires copies, respondents sampling simple random technique. analysis technique validity test, reliability normality homogeneity test paired difference (Paired Sample T-test). indicate City employees pandemic. Other rewards productivity pressure.
